Hyacinth Ordinary Jan Bos is a stunning dark pink nearly red hyacinth. With a large display of star shaped flowers, on top of thick green stems giving off a fragrant sweet smell. Hyacinths are a sign spring is really here. They can look perfect at the front of the border, but equally good in pots and patio containers for those smaller gardens and balconies. Hyacinth Ordinary Jan Bos are happy indoors as well as the garden and make beautiful cut flowers. Free draining soil and a mostly sunny position will ensure a vibrant show through March and April. Pruning isn’t necessary, and they are generally disease free.
