Brightening the last of the winter months Snowdrop Flore Plena bulbs are a beautiful double headed snowdrop that has white petals and a green swirling middle. Often flowering a little earlier than the single variety, it will last until March which makes it idea to plant with other early flowering spring bulbs. It is another one of our Award winning plants and has the prestigious Award of Garden Merit for outstanding excellence from the RHS. Plant the Snowdrop Flore Plena bulbs from September onwards to prevent the bulbs drying out. If planted in amongst grassed areas, wait until the leaves have died off to cut the grass. After flowering the green foliage remains still offering colour.
When handling bulbs, wearing gloves is advisable as they can be a skin irritant and harmful if eaten.
