Description
Pot Lily Pink Pixie bulbs are a lovely highly fragranced soft pink flower with a creamy spotted centre. Large typical Lily petals on thick stems with multiple leaves. An easy to grow dwarf variety, perfect for pots and the front of the border. Plant out any time from Autumn to mid-spring. Place the bulbs about 15-20cm deep and 20cm apart in well drained soil in a full sun or part shaded and sheltered area. Once the flowers have died off, deadhead regularly. At the end of their season, cut the stems right back, and cover the base with a good mulch. Pot Lily Pink Pixie bulbs make lovely cut flowers as well, and are very popular amongst florists. Lilies are known to be extremely toxic to cats.
When handling bulbs, wearing gloves is advisable as they can be a skin irritant and harmful if eaten.
